If you have ever seen the tag #styledshoot, you might be wondering what exactly that means or maybe why styled shoots exist. In our eyes, a styled shoot is not only an opportunity to have full creative freedom over the design but it is a chance to work with new vendors and see their work in action. This helps us to learn their style and approach so that we can recommend them for future real-wedding clients.

One of the hearts behind our business has been to get to know our couples on a personal level, both in style but also in personality, so that we can give solid vendor recommendations. Vendors are a hired service but they also are all unique in how they approach their individual expertise. Some are more Type A while others are more laid back. And in that same breath, some clients want a vendor that will let them have the full creative vision while other clients want the vendor to run with the design and vision.

This styled shoot was a fun reminder of why everyone obsesses over Fall. From the soft tones and textures to pops of mustard yellow and rust, this was our fun spin on a Fall-inspired Barn wedding day.
